My husband and I were first time North Tahoe home buyers and had no idea what to expect. Greg made our search fun, easy and effortless. We searched until we found our perfect Tahoe home.

Greg listened to our wish list. He took us to areas and homes that “WE” asked to see and as we all got to know each other we just kept tweaking the wishlist until we found our perfect spot.
Our decision to buy in Carnelian Bay was the absolute Best decision we, as a family, has ever made. We ski/snow board in the winter and we wake surf and paddle board in the summer. We hike & walk all the time, we’ve bought new bikes and our family has a place to gather. We have trails for miles behind our house & Our quality of life has incredible improved.
As escrow closed, Greg always stayed in constant contact with us and kept us informed as unforeseen issues popped up. When all was said and done we ended up with an amazing home and location that we can pass on to our children.
Greg was recommended to us from a friend and we Never previously knew Greg. With that being said, I can honestly say Greg’s work ethics and his personable style was what we appreciated the most. We appreciated phone calls and conversations and of course texts when a phone call wasn’t necessary. Greg’s expertise of the area made us realize we needed to be patience because what you think you want may not be what you thought. Through this process we learned a lot about what We thought we wanted and actually needed.
Greg has now become a family friend of ours and we would highly recommend him to anyone.
