Nine years ago Greg sold us a condo in Tahoe City. After we both retired we found we were spending more time in the mountains and wanted more room. We asked Greg to keep an eye open for a home in the same area of our condo, not seriously pursuing a home purchase.
About five months later, Greg called to say a well priced remodeled home (with a view of Lake Tahoe) came on the market, not more than a ½ mile from our condo. One of us went to see the property but the other one happened to be in the bay area and by the next morning it was sold.
Do not know how Greg did it, but two weeks later the house once again was on the market. Greg called both of us at 7am and by the end of the day our offer had been submitted and accepted by the seller. Greg completed all the paperwork necessary on line (walking us through the process). Within 30 days we had the keys to a beautifully furnished lake view home in Tahoe City.
Greg has worked miracles for us and we are forever grateful.
