Lakeridge

Lakeridge is a quiet community of upscale homes on the southeast Nevada side of Lake Tahoe. The general area is divided into two sections, called Upper and Lower Lakeridge depending on which side of Highway 50 they are located. Homes in this neighborhood have amazing views of Lake Tahoe as well as the Sierra Mountain Range to the west. Residents enjoy a quiet sandy beach and a large doc, called the pavilion, which features a raised and covered deck housing picnic tables and benches. 

Another popular feature to the Lakeridge neighborhood is the adjacent forested trails and its proximity the the popular Zephyr Cove Resort which boasts amenities such as a beautiful sandy beach, beach volleyball, dining, boating and winter outdoor recreation. 

Lakeridge neighborhood is conveniently located just minutes away from the local library, schools, and fire department, as well as a few short miles from downtown, with its restaurants, casinos, and shopping.

Caring for all of the special Lakeridge community  is the General Improvement District (GID) composed solely of the Lakeridge residents. Through this organization, Lakeside has completed a three year Fire Safe Project to protect their families and homes from fires. The residents have also completed a multi-million dollar storm sewer and multi catch-basin project to protect the  clarity of the Lake. The GID is also responsible for maintaining the roads and providing excellent snow removal.
