Find Your True North at Wanderlust Squaw Valley
July 13-14 will be busy days in North Lake Tahoe with a focus on mindful living in the midst of our busy world. The Wanderlust Squaw Valley Festival has meditation, soul food, outdoor activities and good music. Mindful living is a conscious approach to Life with values that bring a healthy, sane life. Wanderlust principals include yoga, healthy eating, sustainable practices, and partnerships with others who practice that same ideals. Creative expression is valued, and artists are showcased in the Festival.
Some of artists at Squaw Valley include Yoga teachers Gurmukh and MC Yogi, music group Beats Antique, and energy activist Shiva Rea. There are workshops and talks for learning, nature hikes and mountain meditations, farm-to-table food, and spiritual-celebration music. An online schedule of events offers the easy way to schedule your activities. Weather has cool mornings that give way to temps in the 70s to 80s.
