  • Discuss and assist in appraisal process
  • Hire Transaction Coordinator to work with Buyer and Agent to ensure paperwork and timeline compliance
  • Managing title and escrow process
  • Verify any existing lease agreements
  • Obtain and present all seller’s and agents disclosures
  • Provide Utility Information and remind buyers when it is time to set up transfers and service.
  • Confirm all repairs have been made
  • Perform final Buyer walk through
  • Review closing paperwork
  • Coordinate closing times and locations
  • Provide Buyer with documentation package throughout the transaction and after close for their records
  • Solve post-closing issues and follow up
  • After close, continue to provide home valuations and be a trusted resource in the community
