Granite Chief Neighborhood, Olympic Valley, CA

The Granite Chief Neighborhood is located at the west end of the valley behind the Cable Car building and the Squaw Valley Lodge, at the bottom of the cable car rock face.

The south side of this neighborhood borders Olympic Valley’s Sunnyside ski run.  Several of the houses at the top of this neighborhood are located such that guests can ski from the property to the Sunnyside run and then to KT22, Squaw One Express, the Cable Car, Exhibition, the Funitel, Red Dog and Far East making many of them true ski-in-ski-out properties.  The views of the ski area and the valley from this neighborhood are spectacular.  The north side of the neighborhood gives guests great summer access to Shirley Canyon for hiking.

Houses in this neighborhood rarely come up for sale, so if you do not see any listings that is because none are currently on the market.
